Ingrid Kohlstadt, M.D., M.P.H. is a physician graduate of Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and currently serves as Faculty Associate at Johns Hopkins University, Center for Human Nutrition. Double board certified in preventive medicine and in nutrition, Dr. Kohlstadt earned a Masters Degree in Public Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg, the largest school of public health in the world. She is a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition, and a Fellow of the American College of Preventive Medicine.
Dr. Kohlstadt has practiced medicine on all seven continents, including station doctor at Palmer Station and McMurdo Station in the Antarctic. She is a contributing writer for TIME Magazine’s Health/Ideas
